SET UP & TEAR DOWN

You’ve got everything covered and the design you’ve created is perfect! You may be getting married on a private property, a DIY venue or maybe you just have a lot of stuff! Now you just need someone to set it all up.

  • This package will have you sipping mimosas while you put the finishing touches on your ensemble because you won't have a thing to worry about! We know what you want and we are ready to make it happen!

    Includes

    • In-depth meeting before hand to understand the design of your wedding, items to be set out, deliveries to be expected etc.

    • Liaise with venue staff (if applicable)

    • 2 RWW staff on the date of your event to complete set up and/or tear down of your ceremony and/or reception with the agreed upon instructions

    • RWW Emergency kit on hand to better equip our staff for any situation

  • This package can be booked at any time! More notice is always better. but we accept new set up & tear downs with as little as 3 weeks before your event! First come, first serve - Book today!

You have everything taken care of but you need a little assistance with you four-legged family member(s). You want them to be there for photos and maybe even have their moment walking down the aisle but don't quite know how to do that while still being able to enjoy yourself.

PET SERVICES

  • This package keeps your fur baby calm, cared for and ready to receive all the treats from one of our RWW assistants. We make sure to get you all the good poses and the wedding day snuggles you were hoping for while sharing in the responsibility of caring for your pet.

    Includes:

    • Pre-wedding meeting to help acquaint your pet with the RWW handler to be present on your wedding day

    • 4 hours of continuous service from a animal loving RWW handler on the big day (spoiler alert, we ALL love animals)

    • Your RWW handler will chauffeur your pet safely to and from the ceremony or picture site (if required)

    • All the good treats for the good poses

    • All RWW handlers have a pet emergency kit on hand so they are ready for everything, even an unplanned game of fetch!
